This summer saw the introduction of Froffies and Yoghies - ice-cold milk shakes and low-fat yoghurts whisked up with generous spoonfuls of flavoured honey. They were a big hit at the summer fairs and festivals but they WERE a lot of work and phaph for not much money. They began to make the planning and preparation of each event much more of a nightmare then ever before, since there was often no electricity at the site, so half the milk and yoghurt had to be frozen solid at home in order to keep the rest of it cold.

It was a successful experiment, but it remains to be seen whether they will make an appearance at 2003 events.
